What we collect

When you email us, we receive what you send. When you acquire a work, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment and shipping details — we never see or store your card number. We use privacy-respecting site analytics that do not identify you personally.

Public analytics choices

Vercel Web Analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics. Essential only, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep it off. Use Analytics choices in the footer to change your choice. The prompt closes after either selection, and your browser remembers your choice. Aggregate counts can include a fixed LinkedIn placement code, public pages, calls to action and inquiry delivery acceptance. Delivery acceptance is not a saved lead, a confirmed viewing or a completed sale. We do not record sessions or join these counts to contact details. Your browser stores your choice and, after acceptance, a campaign code for the current tab; no campaign visitor identifier is created. Private or local studio pages and checkout confirmation details are excluded from these public measurements.

After the same Allow analytics choice, PostHog also counts anonymous public page visits through our own server. A random identifier is created for the current browser tab and hashed for measurement. It is cleared when you choose Essential only. We send only the public page and this anonymous measurement identifier, with no form contents, account details, query values, referrers or IP address. PostHog screen recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfil your acquisition, maintain your provenance record, and reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the services needed to produce and deliver your work (our print producer and carriers receive only what delivery requires).

Your choices

Email gallery@gildedge.com any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted (provenance records for completed sales are retained, as they are part of the work’s documented history).
