The works
Gilded Edge Gallery presents work by Daniel Montero. Current listings are invitations to enquire; availability, print history, process, dimensions and presentation are confirmed in a written acquisition offer before payment. A work sold as unique is limited to one physical work across all sizes and presentations, with no additional artist proofs. Colour, black-and-white and crop treatments of the same source photograph are alternatives covered by that undertaking, not separate unique editions. Existing limited editions retain their stated edition counts and earlier confirmed acquisitions retain the terms agreed at purchase.
Pricing, framing & delivery
Prices are in US dollars. New studio guide prices include the proposed floating frame. Final delivery, insurance, applicable taxes and timing are specified in the written quote for the collector’s destination before payment. Earlier First Light offers retain their stated inclusions and listed prices. Before payment, the offer distinguishes image dimensions from the finished framed dimensions and identifies the printer and process. Production is arranged through WhiteWall or an agreed specialist laboratory after purchase. Any proof stage, its cost and approval before the final print are set out in that offer; an enquiry does not place an order.
Provenance
Each accepted acquisition includes an artist-signed certificate of authenticity and an acquisition record identifying the work, edition or unique status, final size and presentation. An enquiry listing does not mean a certificate has already been issued. These are artist and gallery records, not independent authentication. Non-sale proofs and rejected prints must be identified and their disposition recorded before a unique work is released. Retain the documents with the work.
Returns
If a work arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographs and retain the packaging so we can arrange an assessment. For a unique work, we will agree a repair or refund as appropriate; damage does not automatically authorize a second print. Any remedy must preserve the work’s documented edition or unique-print commitment. Other return requests are considered individually. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights or terms already agreed for an earlier acquisition.
Copyright
Purchase of a print conveys ownership of the physical work only. All copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.
