About the photograph
A narrow tangle of light crosses a broad dark field. Individual traces loop, rise and fall, sometimes meeting and sometimes pulling apart. In monochrome, their different brightnesses become a loose, uneven rhythm, held between the open space above and the deeper shadow below.
